Hi, I'm Robyn

Hello! I'm Robyn, and I'm so happy you're here! I'm a wife, mom of 5, former personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and running coach turned integrative healthcare practitioner. I started out my fitness career 18 years ago believing that the only way to health was to simply work out more and eat less. When my clients didn’t achieve the results they worked SO HARD for, I knew there had to be a better way. And there is! I love working on root cause issues. I love helping others learn the miracle of the human body and how we can do our part to keep it strong and healthy. My work is to help you tap into your own healing ability, to see what your body needs at a foundational level, and what food and diets are actually healing and helpful for your unique situation. I feel so incredibly blessed to be entrusted with this work. Fitness is still a very big part of my life—I started out as a very average runner with a dream to someday qualify for the Boston Marathon. Becoming fast enough didn't happen over night, but in the process, I gained so much more than just a race entry. Now I'm using everything I learned through years of grueling marathon training (and recovering) to inspire women as they run through all the twists and turns of life. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that there’s a time to race, and there’s a time to rest. You are worth nurturing. There really is joy in the journey, not just the finish line.
